Porials Pitch needed one clear platform for both event vendors and shoppers. Vendors had to register, submit their pitch, understand event details, and wait for admin review. Shoppers also needed a simple way to discover approved vendors, see rewards, find vendor stands, and understand what to expect at the event.

We built an event-focused platform with vendor registration, pitch submission, admin approval workflows, selected vendors, rewards information, vendor stand details, and event information pages. The platform gives organizers a clearer review process while helping vendors and shoppers follow the event journey from one place.
